Refund Policy: Easy Returns, Mindful Exchanges

At Drbronnerusshop, we want you to love every product as much as we love making it. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right — simply, fairly, and with care for our planet.

1. Return & Refund Eligibility

  • Timeframe: You may return most unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  • Condition: Products must be in resalable condition. For hygiene reasons, opened personal care items (e.g., soaps, liquids) can only be returned if defective or incorrectly shipped.

  • Proof of Purchase: Please provide your order number or receipt.

2. How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at [email protected] within 30 days of receipt.

  2. Include your order number and reason for return.

  3. We’ll respond within 24 hours with a return authorization and instructions.

3. Shipping Costs & Methods

  • If the error is ours (e.g., wrong item, damaged product): We’ll email you a prepaid return label and cover all return costs.

  • If you choose to return for other reasons: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service.

  • Refunds exclude original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

4. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional days for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Exchanges

  • Need a different item? Let us know in your return request. We’ll prioritize processing your exchange once the return is received.

  • If the exchanged item costs more, we’ll invoice the difference; if it costs less, we’ll refund the balance.

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards (but they are transferable).

  • Items damaged after delivery due to customer misuse.

  • Final sale items (clearly marked as such).

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

  • We’ll swiftly send a replacement or issue a refund — and cover return shipping if needed.

8. Our Sustainable Return Promise

To minimize waste, we encourage:

  • Exchanges over returns whenever possible.

  • Donating gently used, unopened products locally instead of returning.

  • We responsibly recycle or donate returned inventory when feasible.
