Timeframe: You may return most unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Condition: Products must be in resalable condition. For hygiene reasons, opened personal care items (e.g., soaps, liquids) can only be returned if defective or incorrectly shipped.
Proof of Purchase: Please provide your order number or receipt.

Include your order number and reason for return.
We’ll respond within 24 hours with a return authorization and instructions.
If the error is ours (e.g., wrong item, damaged product): We’ll email you a prepaid return label and cover all return costs.
If you choose to return for other reasons: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service.
Refunds exclude original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
Need a different item? Let us know in your return request. We’ll prioritize processing your exchange once the return is received.
If the exchanged item costs more, we’ll invoice the difference; if it costs less, we’ll refund the balance.
